About Us

1905 :

The family owned business house was established for the trade & export of jute & textiles.

1957 :

Sajjan Mills was established in Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh) and soon become one of the largest textile mills in central India, employing over 3000 people. It developed a township around the mill which consisted of schools, hospitals, residences and a temple.

1975 :

Sajjan started manufacturing Dye Intermediates & Textile Auxiliaries in Ratlam for export to East European markets mainly Russia.

1985 :

Sajjan established direct relationship with Hoechst AG for sale of Dye intermediates.

1997 :

Chemical operations of Sajjan were moved to the current site in Ankleshwar (Gujarat) the largest chemical park in India.

2001 :

Diversified into manufacturing of Agro Intermediates.

2003 :

Commenced manufacturing of customer patented products under technology transfer.

2006 :

Commenced Plant-3 a fully automated plant for manufacturing Electronic chemicals under evergreen supply agreement.

2007-2016 :

62 CDA's Signed, 24 products commercialized.

2016 :

Commissioned Plant-4 a fully automated plant for manufacturing Active Ingredients.
