Pilot Plant

An integral part of Sajjan's operations is its fully equipped pilot plant which is located in the Ankleshwar site. The pilot plant consists of multi purpose reactors ranging from 20 litres to 2500 litres.

The salient features of the Pilot Plant are:

• Multipurpose reactors of stainless steel, glass line & glass assembly with capacities ranging from 20 litres to 2500 litres.
• High Pressure reactors (upto 15 Bar).
• Hydrogenators of 150 litres (upto 15 Bar).
• 200 litres Glass Assembly with fractionation column.
• Agitated Pressure Nutsch Dryer
• Other equipment : A wide range of Dryers & filters
